This is a great opportunity for a sales and marketing professional with 2+ years of experience looking to take greater ownership over strategy and campaigns.
We are seeking someone who can fit in with our friendly team and work with the Programme Manager & Partnerships Lead to increase brand awareness and drive sales by designing and implementing targeted sales and marketing strategies. You will be a proactive problem solver and a team-player who is excited by the flexibility and autonomy remote working provides.
Responsibilities:
Sales
- Generate leads and maximise sales opportunities
- Contribute to new business by maintaining and developing relationships with key B2B and B2C partners
- Create proposals for new partners with the support of the Programme Manager & Partnerships Lead
- Plan and execute quality customer engagement through phone, social media, virtual meetings to promote services
- Work with the Programme Manager & Partnerships Lead to identify opportunities to upsell and grow revenue streams providing added value to customers - revisiting pending quotes, or alternative and additional products
- Work collaboratively with the Seven Springs Education team to understand products and programmes to sell effectively
- Reporting activity, account planning, maintaining records and forecasting accurately on a monthly basis
Marketing Strategy
- Develop our digital marketing strategy to build our customer and partnerships base
- Understand how to use marketing automation and e-marketing to assist the Programme Manager and Partnerships Lead in lead generation
- Use digital marketing strategies (including SEO, keywords, meta descriptions & improved navigation) to maximise traffic and lead generation to our websites
- Actively support business development through supporting the wider team with marketing strategies and monitoring of campaigns
- Reporting to the wider team on marketing campaigns and activities
Social Media & Content
- Create and implement a social media calendar and schedule future posts; run social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Youtube)
- Monitor and develop reports on competitor activity within social media spaces
- Copywriting for social media, emails, blog posts, videos and website (e.g. campaign landing pages)
- Create imagery for the website, paid advertising, and organic social media, as well as videos for use on social media (we currently use Canva as our design tool)
