Our Policies

Seven Springs Education has strict policies and procedures in place to ensure we comply with our legislative and statutory obligations. Our policies outline what we do to ensure we maintain a safe and happy learning environment. All employees/workers are required to read and agree to our policies before they start with us. They are also given the relevant training to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to provide a duty of care and to comply with UK GDPR.

Safeguarding

At Seven Springs Education, we believe every child has the right to live and learn safely. We take our safeguarding duties seriously and we ensure that safeguarding is considered at every step of what we do. We have strict policies and procedures in place to ensure that young people are free from harm. Our staff are fully trained to deal with child protection and safeguarding issues and are regularly updated with the latest guidance on safeguarding.

Data Protection

Seven Springs Education of Nebula Education Limited is registered with the ICO as a Data Controller. Our ICO registration number is ZB027836.

We have hired an external Data Protection Officer (DPO), Nicola Cook (nicola@schoolsdpo.com), to monitor our compliance with data protection law and to provide support and guidance as required. Our Data Protection Lead (DPL), Joyce Wong (joyce@seven-springs.co.uk), is responsible for the day to day management of data protection.
